2021: A Year in Review

Wow, hard to believe we are at the end of 2021! It’s been an evolving year of changes in more ways than one, and for us at Fylamynt as well. So as we approach this new year with renewed optimism, here’s a quick look back at how we’ve evolved to a modern cloud incident response platform to better serve SRE and DevOps engineers.

We took a hard look at the current state of cloud incident response with its gamut of collaboration and remediation tools and realized, how do you scale and respond quickly when you have a bunch of tools and manual processes? It’s not possible. In order to scale and respond quickly to the needs of your business, you need a way to orchestrate tools, people and processes so you can streamline and manage your incidents end-to-end.

A Modern Approach to Incident Response

Your entire product stack needs to be integrated in a single platform with the necessary API actions surfaced to be used, and where incidents are ingested, tracked, enriched and classified for response. Workflows are triggered with incoming incidents, automating log collection, information monitoring and synthetic tests executed - to enrich and speed prioritization of incidents. Tickets can be spun off automatically as needed and relevant stakeholders added to the case.

This modern approach to incident response pulls together all the aspects of incident response that used to be siloed in the traditional way.

An Intelligent Dashboard

A key feature we added this year is an intelligent dashboard that connects your favorite tools and incidents in one place for full visibility into case management.

Our Slack, Zoom and Jira integrations lets you automatically (or manually from within the dashboard) create Slack channels, Zoom meetings or Jira issue tickets for a specific incident.

And what’s a dashboard without the ability to monitor incident status, application metrics system health and environmental health in one place?

And we’ve continued adding more runbooks and ready-to-use integration actions to help you streamline your processes and eliminate redundant, repetitive manual work.

Rich Set of Integrations

We’ve enhanced our key integrations with AWS, GCP and Azure and added some exciting new ones including Humio, Squadcast and Lightstep.

As you make your New Year’s resolutions, how about giving this new approach a try? See if it can make your life simpler and speed incident response for your team?

So we took that into consideration with simplified pricing to make it easier for you to use as much as you need and expand when you are ready.
